In the morning you arrive at one of our stores. Of course you start the day with a cup of coffee or a cup of tea. You then check whether there are any outstanding repairs and which appointments are all scheduled. You make sure our store looks tip-top .
Meanwhile, the first customer walks in and you help him / her with his hair problems. You note everything accurately and put it in our system. You then carefully start the repair and ensure that you complete the repair within the agreed time. After you have repaired it, test everything carefully. The customer is now back in the store and you pay. During checkout you ask whether the customer still needs protection so that this damage will not occur again. You point out our terms of lifelong warranty to the customer and wish the customer an enthusiastic day!
During the day you check whether received customer orders have arrived and you contact us. In addition to repairing, you naturally ensure that the store looks great all day long. For example, is the accessories wall fully stocked, are the demo devices well presented and does the customer table look tidy? You will also be working on stock inventory and you will check all open work orders. A fun and broad function with plenty of time and opportunities to develop yourself further!
